The Yamoransa Model (YM) Labs Program, funded by the Helping Africa Foundation (HAF), is hosting its second Annual Impact Roundtable Discussion (AIRTAD ’23) and Robotics Competition from February 20th – 21st, 2023, at the Accra Digital Center.

The theme for this year’s AIRTAD and Robotics competition is “The YM Labs Program – Building an Inclusive & Sustainable STEAM Education for the Future.”

The Yamoransa Model Labs Program in the last six years has provided students in both primary, junior and secondary levels of education with a platform that sharpens their skills and provides practical knowledge in STEAM.

AIRTAD ’23 is a platform to share with the world the tremendous work the Helping Africa Foundation has done with the Yamoransa Model Labs Program in the last six years towards the attainment of their vision of impacting lives through STEAM education. Also, the robotics competition associated with AIRTAD is an avenue for beneficiaries of the YM Labs to share with the public the practical skills they have acquired from the past years of using the labs.

Beyond telling the stories of the Yamoransa Model Labs and the enormous success attained in the last six years, AIRTAD is providing a platform for Non-Governmental Organizations, Government Organizations, Corporate Bodies, and other agencies with a shared interest in promoting STEAM education in Ghana to also share with the world, their contribution in the STEAM agenda of Ghana.
