We work with an iterative cycle in implementing our projects. This designed framework involves identifying the need of the community as a start as well as assessing the impact of the designed solutions as the final step.
We initially identify the imminent need in the community that requires attention.
We then assess the identified need and design solutions to suit it.
This is the stage where the plan materialises. We implement the designed solutions to suit the community.
We monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate its effectiveness.
After the project ends, we continue to assess its impact and ultimately maximize it.
We initially identify the imminent need in the community that requires attention. This need could either be discovered by us or by another initiating or requesting organization. However, this identified need serves as the basis of the project management process.
After the need is identified, a needs assessment process is initiated. This process involves meeting stakeholders of the project to determine the overview of the project. Recommendations are made and shared with the stakeholders of the project.
The next stage is to implement the designed solutions. Solutions are implemented on-site to take all constraints into consideration.After successful completion of the implementation, the end product is presented to the stakeholders.
After this stage, the project is monitored for a specific period of time as per the agreement but mostly ranges from 12 to 24 months. We evaluate the end result of the project to determine its effectiveness. Also, we offer support to ensure that the project goal is attained.
The last stage of our framework is to assess the impact of the project. This is where we evaluate the impact of the project on its target domain. Assessing this impact brings meaning to our whole framework as our end goal is finally attained.
