Working Together to Implement Change

IMPLEMENTERS use a project management approach to drive impact, working with developmental organizations, philanthropists, corporate institutions, and advocates in communities across Ghana and Africa, in delivering development-driven programmes to empower communities and shape sustainable futures across Africa.

IMPLEMENTERS in Education

At IMPLEMENTERS, our work in education is anchored on the belief that every child deserves access to quality, future-ready education that equips them with the skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Central to this mission is the Yamoransa Model Labs Program Africa (YM Labs), our flagship initiative that designs and commissions state-of-the-art ICT and STEAM centres in underserved communities in Ghana, with expansion to Liberia and The Gambia, making education more inclusive across West Africa. Each lab is equipped with modern computer systems, robotics, 3D printing, and AR/VR learning spaces, allowing students to experience hands-on 21st-century digital tools. These labs bridge the digital divide by giving students, especially those in underserved areas, access to technology and resources that open new worlds of opportunity.

Beyond infrastructure, we are committed to expanding and driving impact through dialogue and innovation. IMPLEMENTERS spearheads educational forums and events such as the Annual Impact Roundtable & Robotics Competition (AIRTAD), which brings together students, policymakers, educators, the business community, and innovators to showcase solutions, foster creativity, and inspire collaboration. These platforms are designed not only to celebrate talent but also to spark critical conversations about education policy, access, and innovation in Ghana and Africa.

At our core, we see education as a tool for empowerment and social transformation. Through our labs and initiatives, we enable students to dream, create, and thrive. Our ultimate goal is to bridge educational inequities and build resilient communities through education. We continue to pioneer initiatives that prepare Africa’s next generation of leaders, thinkers and problem solvers for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

IMPLEMENTERS in Climate Change

Climate change is one of the most urgent challenges of our time, threatening livelihoods, ecosystems, and the long-term resilience of communities across Africa. Guided by our commitment to sustainable development, we design and implement projects that protect the environment and empower people to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing climate.

Our work centres on building climate resilience, restoring ecosystems, driving the circular economy, and creating inclusive platforms for dialogue and collaboration.

Our flagship tree-planting campaign initiative is designed to restore degraded ecosystems, combat desertification, and mitigate the effects of climate change. We empower communities with the knowledge they need to nurture and sustain themselves.

Through our Ghana Recycling Project, initiated in 2023, we are reducing plastic waste and promoting circular economy practices. This effort includes community cleanup campaigns, which mobilize communities to take action in tackling waste while building awareness around sustainable waste management.

We understand that no single actor can solve the climate crisis. This is why we spearhead high-level events that serve as a unique platform to bring together stakeholders from agriculture, energy, extractives, government, and civil society, encouraging knowledge sharing and the alignment of strategies across sectors. By convening diverse voices, we ensure that solutions to climate challenges are inclusive, actionable, and sustainable.

At the heart of our climate change work is our belief that when communities are empowered, bold and lasting solutions emerge.

IMPLEMENTERS in Agriculture

We are committed to advancing sustainable agriculture as a key driver to community resilience, productivity, and food security in Ghana and across Africa. We recognise that agriculture is the backbone of livelihoods, rural development, and national growth.

Through our Strategic Sector Research on Agriculture, we convene experts, policymakers, and innovators from across the agricultural value chain to examine the most pressing challenges facing agriculture, identify opportunities for innovation, explore funding avenues, and partnerships that can unlock resources to support impactful and community-driven agricultural initiatives.

We believe that the future of Ghana’s food systems depends on collective action. By combining knowledge from across the agricultural value chain with the lived realities of smallholder farmers, we are helping shape a future where agriculture is productive, resilient, equitable, and sustainable.

IMPLEMENTERS in Employability

Our work in employability is dedicated to creating pathways for youth and communities to access decent work opportunities, while addressing the persistent challenges of unemployment, widening skills gaps, and limited access to resources, particularly for underserved and marginalised groups.

We design and support programmes that equip young people with practical, future-ready skills, connect them with industries, and foster entrepreneurship. We collaborate with like-minded organisations, the private sector, and development partners to support initiatives that not only create employment but also develop ethical, socially conscious leaders for the future.

IMPLEMENTERS is contributing to a Ghana and an Africa where young people are not only employed but are shaping sustainable futures for themselves and their communities.
