Kafui A. Prebbie, MBI
Chief Executive Officer
Kafui Prebbie, MBI has over 20 years of continuous professional experience in management, consulting, education, and project management. He studied Management at the Harvard Business School and completed with specialisations in Management Excellence & Digital Transformation.
Having worked in the international development space managing various projects with effective project management principles, Kafui founded IMPLEMENTERS in 2013, a subsidiary of PREBBiE Group focused on social project management.
Kafui aims at paying-forward the many years of opportunities and experiences that he’s received to the youth, especially orphans and the needy and thus lead the formation of the Kafui Prebbie Foundation.

Laurin Assiamah-Yeboah, PMP
Head, Portfolio and Operations
Laurin Assiamah-Yeboah is a seasoned professional with over a decade of diverse experience spanning consulting, project management, people management, and systems optimization.
Her experiences are gathered extensively from EY Ghana and McKinsey & Co, USA, through which she has honed skills and gained invaluable insights into strategic management and operational excellence, expertise needed to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions.
As Head of Portfolio and Operations for IMPLEMENTERS, Laurin leverages her extensive background to oversee the organisation’s portfolio and operations with precision and foresight. She ensures the portfolio’s growth and drives the operations engine while delivering value and impact to our stakeholders.
Gilbert Reinall Addo
Human Capital Manager
Gilbert Addo has over a decade of experience in business operations, administration, and human resources in hospitality, banking, technology, real estate, project management, and non-profit organisations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Accra Business School and is the Human Capital Manager. He is an enthusiastic facilitator of the UN SDGs and a member of the UN Major Group for Children & Youth.
