Angelina Ama Tutuah Mensah
Board Chair
Angelina Ama Tutuah Mensah is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise spanning public service, corporate communications, public relations, and environmental management, with a distinguished focus on climate change negotiations.
She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Katowice Committee of Experts (KCI) under the UNFCCC and represents Ghana as a national negotiator through the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), where she advances the country’s work on climate response measures and just transition programmes. She has made notable contributions to key national and international publications on the environment, gender, and climate change.
Angelina holds a postgraduate diploma in Urban Management Tools for Climate Change and a master’s degree in Journalism Studies. She is a NUFFIC and Langkawi Fellow, and her influence extends globally through her service on boards and think tanks such as the Women Environment Programme (Nigeria) and the Salzburg Global Seminar (Austria).

Ebenezer Ato Obu-Simpson
Board Vice Chair
Ebenezer Ato Obu Simpson is a distinguished development consultant with over two decades of expertise spanning private sector development, fund management, financial services, and academia. He is deeply passionate about advancing enterprise growth and transformation through skills development, technology adoption, and strategic innovation.
Ato has led assignments across Anglophone West Africa, East Africa, and Western Europe in fund management, technical education, banking, and large-scale programme implementation. He previously served as Team Lead at NIRAS International Consulting and, before that, as Skills Development Fund Manager at Ghana’s Ministry of Education, where he strengthened the country’s technical and vocational education landscape.
He holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School and a Master of Science in Finance and Investment (with distinction) from the University of Exeter, UK. Ato is also a Chevening Scholar and a Fellow of the Institute of Project Management Professionals, Ghana.

Thelma Efua Quaye
Board Member
Thelma Quaye is a visionary digital leader with over two decades of expertise spanning telecommunications, ICT, and banking. She currently serves as the Chief Digital Infrastructure, Skills, and Empowerment Officer at Smart Africa, where she plays a pivotal role in transforming African economies through digital innovation.
Recognised as one of Ghana’s top women in board leadership, Thelma has left an indelible mark on the continent’s digital ecosystem. Her expertise cuts across telecom network design, project and people management, data privacy, and digital policy. She is passionate about harnessing technology and Africa’s abundant resources to build a more inclusive and prosperous future for its people.
Over the course of her career, Thelma has spearheaded transformative initiatives that have advanced Africa’s digital agenda and created platforms for sustainable growth. Beyond her professional impact, she is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of women in technology and leadership, inspiring them to break barriers and shape Africa’s future.

Godfred Setorwu Prebbie
Board Member
Godfred Setorwu Prebbie is a versatile Strategic Business and Operations Leader with over 20 years of proven success spanning industrial manufacturing, banking, and social enterprise. His career reflects a rare blend of financial expertise, operational excellence, and people-centred leadership, honed through roles in smelter operations, branch management, NGO innovation projects, and HR learning and development.
Currently, he serves as the Learning & Development Strategy Lead at Volta Aluminium Company Ltd., where he has also contributed as Operations & Process Improvement Lead and Production Technician, championing operational efficiency and workforce capability. His earlier career includes leadership at Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd., where he worked as Financial Operations & Risk Control Lead and Direct Sales Team Leader.
Godfred is driven by a commitment to process optimisation, technology adoption, and building high-performing teams. He holds an MSc in Accounting & Finance and is certified in Project Management, Occupational Safety, and ERP Functional Training, equipping him with both the strategic vision and technical expertise to create lasting impact.

Kafui A. Prebbie, MBI
Chief Executive Officer
Kafui Prebbie, MBI, has over 20 years of continuous professional experience in management, consulting, education, and project management. He studied Management at the Harvard Business School and completed with specialisations in Management Excellence & Digital Transformation.
Having worked in the international development space, managing various projects with effective project management principles, Kafui founded IMPLEMENTERS in 2013, a subsidiary of PREBBiE Group focused on social project management.
Kafui aims to pay forward the many years of opportunities and experiences that he’s received to the youth, especially orphans and the needy and thus lead the formation of the Kafui Prebbie Foundation.

Laurin Assiamah-Yeboah, PMP
Head, Portfolio and Operations
Laurin Assiamah-Yeboah is a seasoned professional with over a decade of diverse experience spanning consulting, project management, people management, and systems optimization.
Her experiences are gathered extensively from EY Ghana and McKinsey & Co, USA, through which she has honed skills and gained invaluable insights into strategic management and operational excellence, expertise needed to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions.
As Head of Portfolio and Operations for IMPLEMENTERS, Laurin leverages her extensive background to oversee the organisation’s portfolio and operations with precision and foresight. She ensures the portfolio’s growth and drives the operations engine while delivering value and impact to our stakeholders.

Gilbert Reinall Addo
Head, Human Capital & Administration
Gilbert Addo has over a decade of experience in business operations, administration, and human resources in hospitality, banking, technology, real estate, project management, and non-profit organisations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Accra Business School and is the Human Capital Manager. He is an enthusiastic facilitator of the UN SDGs and a member of the UN Major Group for Children & Youth.

Kelvin Owusu Gyan
Head, Finance & Procurement
Kelvin Owusu Gyan brings over a decade of experience in finance, administration, and procurement. He leads efforts to strengthen IMP’s financial sustainability and accountability, ensuring that resources are effectively managed to deliver impact.
Kelvin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Coast, and an MA in Divinity/Ministry from Ghana Baptist University College. Passionate about creating systems that drive efficiency and transparency, he is committed to supporting IMP’s mission of empowering communities and building lasting change.
